How do I package the pieces for shipping?
Each order is carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure it arrives safely.
I use a combination of (paper, cardboard, bubble) to protect your ceramics during transport.
Every piece is handled with the same care in packaging as in making, so it reaches you intact and ready to be enjoyed.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
For items already in stock, shipping usually occurs within 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Lamps and some specific items are made to order and are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.
I usually use Canada Post for all shipments within Canada.
Delivery also available throughout the USA and Europe.
Can I pick up my order at the studio?
Yes! You can pick up your order at my studio (2205 Parthenais, #316).
Pick-up at the studio is available on weekdays, by appointment.
I will send you an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
Select the pick-up option at checkout to not pay for shipping.
Is my pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
All my products are dishwasher safe.
The Confetti collection is microwave safe.
However, for the Speckled and Faceted collections, we recommend not using the microwave, as certain natural minerals in the clay may react.
How to repair a broken ceramic mug or pottery piece?
Ceramic cannot be invisibly or permanently repaired once fired.
Some choose to highlight the cracks through kintsugi, a Japanese art that embraces imperfection. (I don't do kintsugi, sorry!)
For a piece that holds sentimental value, the best way to give it a second life is with a bit of contact glue — turn your favorite mug into a pencil holder or a small planter instead.
